Drinks Farm is a solo project by Drea Scotland. She is a winemaker at Paradise Grapevine, Toronto. The 2023 Drinks Farm vintage was produced start to finish by her at the Paradise Grapevine Winery located at 220 Geary Ave, Toronto. Her 2023 vintage, as well as the next couple of vintages from Drinks Farm, are made from 100% purchased grapes (négoce).
