Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, please email info@drinkwillibald.com or visit our retail store for a refund with proof of purchase. All products must be unused and unopened to be eligible for refund. Exceptions apply to manufacturer defects. Store credit will be issued if proof of purchase cannot be provided. 

We will exchange products that are unused, unworn and/or unopened. Exchanges must be completed in store - 1271 Reidsville Rd, Ayr ON N0B 1E0. Stop by during our business hours and we'll take care of you.
