Duties & Requirements

• Assist in daily operations of all front of house related tasks and service, including working directly with our kitchen team.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including cost control, revenue generation, and inventory management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to safety and hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
