Canada-Wide: Rates are calculated based on located at check-out. We are given the best rates possible through Shopify's courier partnerships.

Please keep in mind that order processing can take up to 24 hours (1-2 days if the order is place on a Saturday or Sunday).

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, please email info@drinkwillibald.com or visit our retail store for a refund with proof of purchase. All products must be unused and unopened to be eligible for refund. Exceptions apply to manufacturer defects. Store credit will be issued if proof of purchase cannot be provided. 

We will exchange products that are unused, unworn and/or unopened. Exchanges must be completed in store - 1271 Reidsville Rd, Ayr ON N0B 1E0. Stop by during our business hours and we'll take care of you.

Yes! However, we do not have a specific kids menu. We can provide highchairs upon request. 

Outside, yes. Inside, no. Service animals are welcome both inside and outside. We request that all dogs remain on leash at all times. 

Three Bark Policy
Fido has three chances. One bark, ok. Two barks, you're cruising. Three barks, you will be kindly asked to remove the dog from our patio space. 

Aggressive Behaviour Policy
If your dog demonstrates aggressive behaviour of any kind towards guests or other dogs, we will kindly ask you to remove the dog from our patio space. 

Yes! We do offer partial (up to 20 guests) and full (21-50 guest) booking options for our space. We offer pre-set menus for groups larger than 14 guests and serve these menus family style.
