Where do I find your menu?

What are your kitchen hours? 
CHECK HOURS HERE

Do you have indoor dining available? 
Yes. Reservations are available here. We have some tables set aside for walk-ins, but please feel free to call ahead to inquire about walk-in availability. 

Do you rent out the farm for private events? 
We can accommodate groups of up to 25 on our patio. If there are more than 25 guests in your party, you will be required to rent out the entire restaurant. Please email restaurant@drinkwillibald for more info!   

Are you offering takeout? 
Call us at 226-556-9941 to inquire about takeout availability!

Are kids allowed? 
Yes! However, we do not have a specific kids menu. We have a limited amount of highchairs we can provide upon request. 

Are dogs allowed? 
Outside, yes. Inside, no. Service animals are welcome both inside and outside. We request that all dogs/pets remain on leash at all times.

Three Bark Policy
Fido has three chances. One bark, ok. Two barks, you're cruising. Three barks, you will be kindly asked to remove the dog from our patio space. 

Aggressive Behaviour Policy
If your dog demonstrates aggressive behaviour of any kind towards guests or other dogs, we will kindly ask you to remove the dog from our patio space. 

Can I smoke on your property? 
You can. All we ask is that you smoke in the designated smoking area only (in front of the building, to the right of the silo), and dispose of your butts in the butt bin, not in our field or parking lot! 

Is this menu still considered farm-to-table?
YES! All of our ingredients are either grown or raised here on our farm or purchased from local producers.

JOB OPENINGS

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate packaging assistant to join our team at our growing farm distillery and brewery. We would love to hear from you if you feel qualified for the role and want to be a part of the Willibald team.

Duties & Requirements
• Processing and packaging assistance for beer and spirit products
• Assistance in operating and cleaning relevant equipment including keg washer, canning line, transfer tanks, etc.
• Commitment to safety principles and guidelines
• Responsible management of chemicals and hazardous materials
• Forklift operation (if/when certified and trained)
• Physical ability to lift 25kg regularly, move up and down ladders, stand for long periods of time


Experience
• Brewery or distillery experience not required but an asset
• Food and beverage packaging experience not required but an asset


Compensation:
• $18-$21 hourly based on experience.

Summary
Willibald Farm is a thriving farm distillery, brewery, and restaurant located in Waterloo Region, just outside of the small village of Ayr. Our on-site restaurant focuses on true farm-to-table dining. We use a mix of traditional and modern techniques with a strong focus on local ingredients, our on farm beef cattle, and a menu diverse to compliment our wide variety of premium spirits, beer, and
cocktails made on-site.

We are seeking a hard working and creative cook to join our team in this full-time position. We would love to hear from you if you feel qualified for the role and want to be a part of Willibald.


Requirements & Skills
• Strong personal skills, highly motivated, and creative
• A passion for farm to table/scratch cooking
• Culturally driven
• A demonstrated commitment to a career in cooking, as evident from relevant
education and/or cooking experience
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, and general kitchen sanitation compliance


Compensation:
• $18-21/hr based on experience
