Sap Lord is a blend of our 4R mashbill whiskies aged for a minimum of 5 years before being finished in Canadian maple syrup casks. The whisky was then proofed with a small amount of sap water was added to help proof the whisky to its 47.4% sweet spot, courtesy of our friends Florio Sugarbush. This is a whisky with maple notes and maple influence that are naturally imparted and balanced rather than your more traditional maple-flavoured whisky.
