The “Salad Seltzer” is a sparkling water brewed with fresh mint and lovage. It doesn’t have any sugar but does have a nice pinch of sea salt. It drinks very much like a soda water instead of sparkling tea as there were no dried ingredients used - only fresh.
Its a blend of the cooling factor of the mint and the savoury quality of the lovage. Very salad. All of the herbs used are from one of my favourite local herb/vegetable growers Vicki Veggies in Prince Edward County.
