STEPS FOR REDEEMING YOUR TICKET

1. Once you have completed your purchase of your Freestyle Fest ticket, you will receive an Order Confirmation email (ex. Willibald Order #141343 Confirmation).
2. In your Order Confirmation email, click "View your order."
3. Then, you will be taken to our website where you can then click the red button that reads "Click_to_download_tickets."
4. Next, you will be prompted to input your name and email.
5. Finally, you will be given the option to "Download/Print Ticket" or add the ticket to your Apple Wallet.
