IPA Fermented w. Oranges & Mandarins

6.7% ABV | 750ml 

To make Citrus Froot Direct, we mashed with well water and a base of Wildfire Pale Malt and San Jacinto 2-Row from TexMalt. We kettle hopped with Idaho 7 and dry hopped with Simcoe, El Dorado, and more Idaho 7. We fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture. During fermentation we added juice and zest from oranges and mandarins hand-processed by our brewing team. Naturally conditioned.
