Q. Is your patio open? 
A. Yes! Our patio is now open Fridays and Saturdays, noon - 8 PM. All reservations are weather dependent as our patio space is not covered. It will be the responsibility of the guest to rebook their reservation should it be cancelled due to inclement weather. We will do our best to inform you via our social media channels and our website. 

Q. Is your patio pet-friendly?
A. Yes! As long as your pet is friendly, they are welcome on the patio.

Q. Are you taking reservations?
A. Reservations are available, walk-ins are welcome. If you’re hoping to walk-in, we recommend giving us a call (226) 556-9941 to check wait times. Reservations are available through RESY. Tap here to book.

Q. How many people per table? 
A. We will accommodate groups up to 6. Parties larger than 6 will not be permitted to sit together. This is non-negotiable. 

Q. What precautions are you taking to maintain social distance?
A. Following recommendations provided by the Ontario Government we will be taking the following precautions:

  1. All tables will be placed a minimum of 6ft apart, 
  2. physical distancing markers will be clearly marked on the ground, 
  3. and the washroom area will be limited to 1-guest at a time (families with young children excluded).
  4. We also encourage guests to do their best in maintaining social distance when passing through the patio area. 


Q.How much do you charge for shipping?
A. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location.

Q. What products are available for shipping? 
A. All products except for beer will be shipped via a courier service. Beer cannot be shipped during the summer months due to hot weather conditions.

Q.How long does shipping take? And how often do you send out shipments?
A. Willibald orders usually take 1-4 business days to arrive in city centers and 4-7 business days for destinations outside of those. Shipments are processed and shipped every Monday and Wednesday. 

Q.Can I purchase beer online and pick up in-store?
A. Yes. Order online and select ON-FARM PICKUP to collect your order during our business hours. Wednesday-Saturday, noon-7PM.  If you select ON-FARM PICKUP for an order containing beer and do not come to pick up your order within 1-week of purchase, we will issue you a refund. If you have questions about your order, send an email to orders@drinkwillibald.com.

Q. Can I purchase products and hold them or combine with a future purchase?
A. If you place an order, you can always edit your order as long as it has not been fulfilled.


Q. How does your curbside pickup work?
A. When you arrive to pickup your order, please drive up to the pickup station (located at the front entrance of the building) and provide the Willibald team member with your order #, and pop your trunk. We will bring your order out to your car. If you have ordered food, please try and pick up your order before the end of the day to ensure freshness.

Q. Do you have to order ahead? 
A. No. You can shop our retail store from our curbside pickup station. Drive up to our outdoor shop and let us know what you would like to purchase.

Q. If I selected ON-FARM PICKUP is my order ready or do I have to wait for a confirmation? 
A. You do not have to wait for a confirmation email. Come by the farm during our open hours Wednesday - Saturday, noon - 7 PM, your order will be ready for you.  

Q. Is your restaurant open? 
A. We are open for curbside service, offering a small variety of fresh take-home meals.  All food items are pick up only. Order online and select pickup at check out or come by the farm to place and pick up your order. See what’s on our menu this week, click here

Q. How do I qualify for free delivery? 
A. We doing our best to accept as many delivery orders as possible. To qualify for free delivery your order must total a minimum of $45 and you must be located in one of our delivery areas: Waterloo Region, Guelph, and Brantford/Paris/Woodstock. Each area has a designated delivery date. Waterloo Region (Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays), Guelph (Tuesdays), Brantford/Paris/Woodstock (Thursdays).

Food items are not eligible for delivery. 

Q. Do I have to be home for the delivery?
A. If you are not home to receive your delivery, your order will be returned to the farm and you will be required to pick up your order during our business hours Wednesday - Saturday, noon - 7 PM.

If you know you will not be home, please have your package delivered to someone who can bring it to you.

Q. How do I purchase hand sanitizer for my business? 
A. To purchase hand sanitizer in bulk for your organization, email sanitizer@drinkwillibald.com with an approximate volume you require. 

Q. How long will it take to ship my Willibald order?
A. Delivery times are estimated based on the selected shipping method.
