Assistant Restaurant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Willibald FOH Assistant Manager(s) will assist in performing and overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management, restaurant and bar preparation, administrative work, and staff relations. 

A successful candidate has management skills, customer service experience and understands the importance of providing the Willibald experience in all facets.

JOB DUTIES 

  • Lead opening & closing duties and assist where needed
  • Assist with managing Team Members and effectively coach, train and motivate them to succeed
  • Assist with educating team members on new products, procedures and expectations 
  • Check-in with and interact with guests to review and evaluate their degree of satisfaction 
  • Balance the flow of guests in all areas (seating in the restaurant, lines in retail or at the host stand, etc.)
  • Ensure high quality of beverages and food leaving the bar/kitchen 
  • Investigate and resolve food and beverage issues and service complaints as needed 
  • Lead by example and uplight our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment 

Ultimately, you will ensure our operations run smoothly, our staff remain motivated to provide excellent customer service, and our  guests have exceptional experiences as a result.
