We're excited to release our latest batch of Snörkel — farmhouse ale brewed with alderwood smoked sea salt and oyster mushrooms. For this batch, we used golden oyster mushrooms grown by Smallhold in Austin. We added both the mushrooms and smoked sea salt hot side during the boil. Aside from the adjunct ingredients, we kept it pretty simple with this dry, drinkable farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally conditioned.
